About Me?… This Site?
Posted by Pam in Articles, Self Help Program Reviews, Self Help Programs on September 21, 2009
In case you were wondering… what’s this all about? and who are you? I’ve done my homework and really tried to clear things up for you a bit. To be perfectly honest, I needed clarity myself when it comes to this blog. When I first set this up, I had no idea of what I was doing! Really… something inside me took the reins and before I knew it I had a blog? At that time, I barely knew what a blog was… let alone how to write one? You may have noticed that by reading some of my earlier post.
To this day I credit my “higher self” for creating this blog. It’s true… either it came from my true self/ source/spririt (whatever you prefer to call it) or perhaps I drank too much wine that night? Either way, this has turned out to be my favorite hobby and such a wonderful gift! I truly enjoy helping people and now have realized not only is this is the best way to help others, but I can do so all over the world! How cool is that?
Still, I had very little computer knowledge and my writing abilities had been stagnant for decades. It’s just funny that I chose to do this in the first place. Only now I am enjoying it so much more than I ever thought possible. This is how I usually learn something new… I just kinda dive right into it! What can I say.. “I love a good challenge!”
Anyway, I’ve transformed this blog completely since I first started it back in 2007 thanks to Yaro and Gideon, creators of Become A Blooger. I’m hoping you find it easier to navigate and read from here on. I also plan to write more articles and started with a couple which are… about me… and… about this site. That should help clear things up!
Hope you enjoy reading them…
Where Do We Go From Here?

Life will not go according to plan if you do not have a plan…
Still reflecting on my personal achievments from 2008 and I am oh, so grateful for them all! Last week… I sat and wrote down my goals for 2009. Life has been an incredible journey since I began to seek the many ways I can improve myself, which is why I am so determined to help others do the same. I don’t believe this has ever been hard to do. Maybe challenging… but overcoming challenges is it’s own reward! This is what makes the journey so interesting.
Today I recieved an e mail from my favorite mentor thus far… Dr. Robert Anthony. I would like to share this with you here:
By giving serious thought to my successes and mistakes from last year, I am better equipped to learn my lessons from it all and move on. There really are no mistakes in life… since that is the best way for us to learn anything. By taking action, you already achieved success. Therfore, the only way for you to fail is to do nothing at all. Most people are afraid to take action for fear of making a mistake. Realize how riduculous that really is.. As Billy Joel puts it:
“You’re only human. You’re suppose to make mistakes!”
So make your mistakes and be grateful for them. Never beat yourself up for them and remember to always focus more on the successes you have achieved!
Learn the lesson and forget the experience. – Bob Proctor

The 9 Intense Experiences Release
Posted by Pam in Self Help Programs on November 19, 2008
I rarely reccommend a program or product before trying it myself first, but here I made an exception and I will tell you why:
- This program not only stimulates you to take action, but provides you with several exercises and steps designed for you to take ”action” right away. I do encourage taking action!
- I strongly agree with the premise of this program to get you to discover life and yourself more deeply and intensely. I can honestly say this truly does create happiness by my own experiences. I challenge myself to new experiences on a daily basis because it is good for the soul and really is enjoyable.
- I also agree with all the nine concepts Brian uses in his program. For example, journey back to neverland… dive deep into your blood… wander into the forest… surround yourself with owls and let them teach you… reveal yourself to a dozen strangers…
- These exercises should easily connect you with your spiritual growth. For example: go on a spiritual quest… give until it tickles… embrace death and dance the night away! Which is something else I know that creates happiness. True happiness can only be found from within. It is never outside you…
One of my favorite quotes:
“When you seek happiness, it’ll always elude you. When you seek happiness for others, you will find it yourself.”
Wayne Dyer
9 Intense Experiences…
Posted by Pam in Self Help Programs on November 1, 2008
“Remarkably successful people focus their time & energy on nine key areas of experience that virtually no one else ever does these days.”
“Incredible.” This will probably be my next review, though I’m still in the process of checking it out… in the meantime, I thought I would share some videos and literature that I have been looking over. I mean, “why not?” feel free to tell me what you think so far…
