Since using The Hidden Secret….

I like to use “The Hidden Secret” daily to keep up motivation and stay focused on things I do want. These downloads help you to visualize your desires through hypnosis. They were created by Valerie Dawson. She is one of only a handful who has both a Master’s degree and over 18 years experience in hypnotherapy. I like to listen to them everyday after my morning shower. It only takes 15 minutes to do this…Valerie’s voice is very soothing, and relaxing. I just lie down and listen while visualizing the life I want to create. Then I awake refreshed and ready to begin my day on a positive note. I also find it useful at the end of my day. When I do this at bedtime, I usually fall to sleep within the first ten minutes. It is O.K. if that happens, your subconscious will still be able to accept all the input.

I have been using "The Hidden Secret" almost everyday now for about a month, and I really do feel better! I decided to start with "attract wealth and money" first. I wish I could say I won the lottery immediately after using the progam, but the truth is I do feel richer and money worries seem to have vanished for I now know that I already live in abundance! I am feeling so much gratitude in discovering all that I already have! This cd includes powerful affirmations as well. I know this is working through my business and the continuous positive thoughts I now have. There are times throughout the day, that I can hear Valerie's voice, and feel my attraction level rise out of nowhere.

Next I went on to "attract joy and happiness"… This one I really like because I instantly feel joyful and have to smile! It feels like my whole body is smiling right back at me! I am reminded of so many joyful memories from my past, which I had almost forgotten about. I am very grateful to be reminded of all those great times and remembering how often and how many I have had! I have also noticed changes in my outlook on myself, other people, everyday situations, and life in general. I am beginning to feel love, happiness, and most of all gratitude for all the gifts my life has been offered. I am sorrounded by beautiful, friendly people I use to just ignore. I felt I didn't have time, or whatever..truth is I have finally discovered that the real key to happiness is being grateful for all that I already have! It all seems so simple to me now and only wish I had discovered this gift so many years ago. Like when I was a teenager for sure! I can't change my past, but I feel so much better knowing I am taking the right steps toward my future and feel confident I will achieve success on all levels of my life.

It's best to listen to the same recording for several days, so I am enjoying my good fortune one day at a time… I am attracting more and more wealth and money and I am now involved in a loving relationship. I feel as if I have everything already!
