Did you ever have a song that gets stuck in your head and you can’t get it out? This happens to me all the time! I sometimes wake up with a song playing in my mind over and over again. The best cure I found for this is to play another song. If my subconscious is going to pick up on these repititous thoughts, I figured why not make them something positive?
