This site is obviously about personal growth…However, there are so many aspects to this, that I’ve decided to narrow it down to four categories in order to keep it simple. There is physical growth, financial growth, mental growth and spiritual growth. My favorite by far! Realize these are all areas we could improve upon and by improving upon one area, the others seem to follow suit easily as nature takes its course. The key is… to use mind, body and spirit in everything we do. That greatly improves your chance for success.
Let’s take a look at each category as we go…
Physical Growth – This of course, would be your physical body. Yes, we all have a mental image of that as well. You want to make the most of this because it is a big part of who you are. No, you are not your physical body, but it is the shell that your authentic self resides in and enables us to be, do and have all the things we want. This image you have also relates to your self esteem and we all have issues with that now & then. So it is important to take extremely good care of this aspect of ourselves. The body basically cares for itself, so it really doesn’t need to be that hard. Think of what you’re putting into your body and ask yourself… “Will this make me feel better or worse of myself after I’ve eaten it?” Nine out of ten times you will make the right decision when it comes to supplementing your body with nutrients that work towards your goals instead of away from them. Next is the obvious. Exercise. Yes, that is a dreadful word to most people, but it doesn’t need to be. Walking is exercise… Sports, dancing, cleaning house? You don’t need to join a gym and pack a bag with things you need to exercise. Just be yourself and do more of the things you know you enjoy doing or be adventurous and try some new things. You just never know what you might like until you try it! Taking classes is a great way to have fun with exercise. Yoga, pilates, dance, karate, etc. Kick your heels up, lift your spirits and meet some new people! Who cares if you make a fool of yourself? Chances are you will never run into these people again anyway and even if you do.. They will only think highly of you for your efforts.
Financial Growth – We all want this! Again, by doing what you already enjoy could lead to all kinds of extra income. Simply by meeting someone who has the same hobbies as you or by raising your vibrational levels higher you will attract to you more of the things you want in life. This increases your ability to think more positive and then you recieve more postive things to think about. Sometimes when we improve on just one area it makes greater way for improvement in other areas.
Mental Growth – To me this is all about changing our belief systems. When you change the way you think about things, the things you think about really do change! It is an easy concept to grasp, yet the most difficult to overcome. We have built our set of beliefs since early childhood and have kept them throughout our lives which is why we tend to think that is who we are. Fear will set in at first… mainly through our ego. Ego and mind do not like change and that is the very thing we need to overcome in order to make these positive changes stick! So many of us don’t succeed with self improvevment because of this. It is a step by step process when it comes to changing ones beliefs. Your subconscious has been storing your beliefs into everything that has ever happened to you your entire life! In order to change them we need to first develope and replace them with new beliefs which then can be fed into the subconscious mind directly. This takes time, so just hang in there and know that everyday you are making progress whether you notice it or not.
Spiritual Growth – This applies to all the laws of the universe or you may refer to them as the Law of Attraction. It’s true… Getting to know your spirit and being connected with your authentic self can and will increase the value of your life enormously! I repeat… Spiritual growth can and will help in making improvements in all areas of life.
So this site is designed to offer help in all of these areas I’ve just discussed. My challenge has always been to figure out how? We all learn in different ways. For some of us, it is visual, others it is through speech and for some it is better to read. This is mainly why I like to post so many videos and continue to create new articles and post that may resonate with you in what it is you wish to achieve or improve upon.
Naturally, I write reviews of most programs I’ve tried… especially the ones I found to work the best! I don’t usually look at anything as good or bad and try my best to stay clear of negativity. Therefore, I do not review them all. Other times, I find myself reading and implementing too many things at once and that makes it difficult for review as well. I’m getting better at this though and finding it easier to focus on one thing at a time.
In closing I would like to say “Kudos to you for reading this and giving thought on what or where you would like to improve yourself!” I hope you will in deed find this site useful and I wish you all the best… You deserve it!
